Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (most weekday orders within 24 hours). Weekend orders may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Shipping typically takes 4–9 business days after processing, depending on your location and local carrier.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum, no hidden fees.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Delays or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within a week after the estimated delivery timeframe, please email info@amypollock.com with your order number.

Order Changes or Cancellation

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping process.

Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email info@amypollock.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • A tracking code is required for all returns.
  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are not eligible for return.
  • Unapproved returns may be declined.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
