Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Reflection period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.
Long-term transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services.
Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information for future reference.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel the distance contract within the reflection period.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely.
Distance contract: a contract concluded exclusively through one or more means of distance communication.
Means of distance communication: tools used to conclude a contract without the physical presence of both parties.
Terms and Conditions: the present Terms and Conditions of Amy Pollock Boutique.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Amy Pollock Boutique and the consumer.
The Terms are made available prior to concluding the contract, digitally via the website or upon request.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.
Situations not explicitly covered shall be interpreted in accordance with the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to change.
Product descriptions and images are indicative. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.
Prices may exclude import duties and VAT where applicable.
The offer clearly states pricing, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery conditions, and withdrawal rights.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.
Electronic orders are confirmed without delay.
Amy Pollock Boutique reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or insufficient payment reliability.
All contracts are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product.
Products must be handled with care and returned in accordance with the provided return instructions.
Returns must be sent to the approved return address provided after approval.
Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned goods.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or after proof of return shipment has been provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized products
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
Perishable goods
Unsealed software, digital products, or media
Article 9 – The Price
Prices remain valid during the period stated in the offer.
Orders may be shipped from outside the EU. Import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Article 10 – Conformity and Guarantee
Products conform to the contract and applicable legal requirements.
Amy Pollock Boutique is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
Orders are processed promptly and generally executed within 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Article 12 – Long-Term Transactions
Termination and renewal conditions for long-term agreements apply as stated in the specific agreement.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be completed within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed.
Any inaccuracies in payment details must be reported immediately.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery via info@amypollock.com.
A response will be provided within 14 days.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements between Amy Pollock Boutique and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
